What checkout charges

Checkout charges the whole term you choose, plus backups or extra disk if you turn them on. The monthly figure on the card is not the amount due.

A 12-month Cloud 1 GB order

Cloud 1 GB on a 12-month term is €95.88 for the year, shown on the card as €7.99 a month. What a Cloud server costs in euro explains that card. Shorter terms stay on the plan page.

Backups and extra disk on the same order

Backups are 20% of the term. On this 12-month Cloud 1 GB order that is €19.18. Add backups to a server covers that charge. Extra disk is €0.10 per GB per month, with a 10 GB minimum, paid for the whole term. Ten gigabytes for 12 months is €12.00. When extra disk is enough covers that storage.

With both options, the amount due today is €95.88 plus €19.18 plus €12.00, which is €127.06.

A domain is a separate order

Paying that server total does not register a name. Register a domain for a server lists the domain prices.

Open Cloud 1 GB and read the amount due before you pay.
