What the price covers
The same terms apply to every public plan. Add-ons are priced on the plan page.
Every server includes one public IPv4 address and 20 TB of traffic. The server pauses when that allowance is used and powers back on when it resets.
The image is chosen with the order. Reinstalling later erases the disk. The catalog currently offers Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, CentOS Stream, Fedora, openSUSE.
Backups are optional and cost 20% of the chosen term. They stay until the next renewal unless turned off. Extra disk is €0.10 per GB per month, minimum 10 GB, paid for the whole term. Extra disk is storage, not memory.
Fees are in euro. A renewal invoice is issued 14 days before the renewal date. An unpaid server invoice suspends the server on the due date and cancels it 7 days later. You can cancel in the client area at the end of the period already paid. A consumer in the EU or EEA may withdraw within 14 days. Asking for immediate setup ends that right once the service has been fully performed.

A line is one server or one domain. Edit or remove lines. The total is the amount due today.

Account
A new customer sets a name, email, and a password of at least 8 characters. A returning customer signs in with that email and password before the review.

Pay
The order becomes one invoice. Review the lines, then pay the invoice in the client area. The service is set up after payment.
Register or transfer a domain
Each figure is one year. Registration can run for 1 to 10 years. A transfer is one year. DNS and email forwarding are included, and WHOIS privacy is included except on .us.

When an invoice reminder is sent
A renewal invoice is issued 14 days before the renewal date. Reminders go out 7 days before the due date, on the due date, and 3 days after. There is no late fee.

Cancel a server
You can cancel from the client area at the end of the period already paid. Fees for that period are not refunded, except where the terms require it.
