When an invoice reminder is sent

A renewal invoice is issued 14 days before the renewal date, and it is due on that date. There is no late fee. What a server renewal costs explains the price on that invoice.

The three reminders

Payment reminders are sent 7 days before the due date, on the due date, and 3 days after the due date. If a card is stored for automatic payment, that card may be charged on or shortly before the due date. The payment notices for the account are still sent.

If it stays unpaid

An unpaid invoice suspends the related service on the due date. If it is still unpaid 7 days after that suspension, the service is cancelled. You can cancel from the client area at the end of the period already paid, so the next term does not start. Cancel a server explains that choice. The terms are the agreement for that cancellation.

A domain invoice is separate. Paying the server invoice does not renew the domain. Register a domain for a server lists the domain prices.
