Where to place a server

Three teal map pins, each above a navy block, with no place names.

Place the server near the people who use it. The location is chosen at order, and it cannot be moved later. A wrong location means a new server, not a move.

Europe

Europe orders are Cloud plans. The locations are Falkenstein, Germany, Nuremberg, Germany, and Helsinki, Finland. Cloud 1 GB is the smallest: 1 core, 1 GB of memory, and 20 GB of disk. On a 12-month term the card shows €7.99 a month, and the amount due is €95.88.

Larger Europe plans keep those three locations. How to choose a larger Cloud server lists the sizes from 2 GB through 32 GB. There is no public Dedicated plan in Europe.

Singapore

Singapore orders are also Cloud plans, in Singapore. Cloud 1 GB Singapore matches the Europe 1 GB size. On a 12-month term it is €9.99 a month, €119.88 for the year. The same memory steps exist through Cloud 32 GB, at Singapore prices. There is no public Dedicated plan in Singapore.

United States

United States orders are Dedicated servers, not Cloud plans. The locations are Ashburn, Virginia, and Hillsboro, Oregon. Dedicated 8 GB United States is the smallest: 2 cores, 8 GB of memory, and 80 GB of disk. On a 12-month term the card shows €50.99 a month, and the amount due is €611.88.

There is no public Cloud plan in the United States. A Cloud 1 GB order cannot be placed in Ashburn or Hillsboro.

What to decide before checkout

Choose the region first, then the city the plan offers, then the size. Each server still includes one public IPv4 address and 20 TB of traffic. What is included with a server lists those items. Backups and extra disk are optional on every location. None of those options changes the datacenter after the server exists.

What a Cloud server costs in euro explains the 12-month rate on a Cloud card. Read the plan page for the location you want. The amount due there is the price of the term, in euro.
