Dedicated servers in the United States

A United States order is a Dedicated server. It is not a Cloud plan. Dedicated 8 GB is the smallest public size, in Ashburn, Virginia, or Hillsboro, Oregon. You choose the location at order, and it cannot be moved later. Where to place a server compares that choice with Europe and Singapore.

Dedicated 8 GB

Dedicated 8 GB United States has 2 cores, 8 GB of memory, and 80 GB of disk. It includes one public IPv4 address and 20 TB of traffic.

On a 12-month term the card shows €50.99 a month, and the amount due is €611.88. Shorter terms stay on that plan page. Checkout charges the whole term, so a 12-month order is €611.88 due, not €50.99.

Larger Dedicated sizes

The other public United States sizes are also in Ashburn or Hillsboro. These figures are the 12-month term:

Disk does not rise in a straight line with memory, so read the disk on the plan you want. The servers page lists these Dedicated plans with the Cloud plans.

What stays the same

Traffic stays 20 TB on each server. When it is used, the server pauses and powers back on when the allowance resets. What is included with a server lists the address, the traffic, and the operating systems. Backups are 20% of the chosen term. Extra disk is €0.10 per GB per month, minimum 10 GB, paid for the whole term. Extra disk is storage, not memory.

Europe and Singapore do not have a public Dedicated plan. The United States does not have a public Cloud plan. If the server should be in Germany, Finland, or Singapore, order a Cloud plan there instead of a United States Dedicated server.
